My experience includes more than 30 years building and operating multi million dollar businesses, followed by a decade in senior healthcare leadership where decisions carried significant financial, operational, and human consequences. Those experiences shaped a disciplined approach to evaluating opportunities, managing risk, and making informed decisions.
